The Hunt for “The Machine”
From a DARPA hunch… to a UK government document that openly advertises “No Attribution”
We’re going to tell you this the way we lived it.
Not as a theory.
Not as a villain story.
Not as a conclusion we started with.
But as a hunt.
Because that’s what it was.
Chapter 1: The Question That Started It All
For over a year now, we’ve reported on what we call “The Machine.”
Coordinated amplification.
Narrative steering.
Engagement farming.
Swarm timing that doesn’t feel organic.
We were documenting the effects.
But we hadn’t fully answered the harder question:
What are the actual building blocks that could make something like this possible?
So we picked a starting point.
Not because we believed it was guilty.
But because it was testable.
What if the building blocks exist in government-funded research?
That’s where we began.
Technical Sidebar
We searched for official U.S. programs focused on influence campaigns and population modeling. We identified DARPA’s program INCAS (Influence Campaign Awareness and Sensemaking), publicly described as developing tools to detect, characterize, and track influence campaigns.
(DARPA INCAS program announcement and FAQ documents)
Chapter 2: What INCAS Actually Is (And Isn’t)
When we opened the documents, here’s what we found.
INCAS wasn’t vague.
It talked about:
Psychographic segmentation
Modeling how populations respond to messaging
Linking “influence indicators” to “population response”
Campaign modeling frameworks
Analyst tools for sensemaking
But it also drew strict lines:
No active engagement
Tools for test and evaluation
Focus on non-U.S. populations
This mattered.
Because it showed us something critical:
You can build incredibly powerful influence-detection and population-modeling tools…
without running influence operations yourself.
That distinction is important. And we didn’t blur it.
Technical Sidebar
INCAS FAQ (Nov 4, 2020) describes bottom-up segmentation, campaign model architecture (TA3/TA4 roles), and states “active engagement with the target population is out of scope.”
(DARPA INCAS FAQ PDF)
Chapter 3: Following the Money
Programs aren’t real until contracts move.
So we followed the procurement trail.
INCAS had:
Real awards
Real contractors
Real dollar amounts
Real program structures
This confirmed something foundational:
The “influence detection + psychographic modeling” stack is not imaginary.
It exists on paper. It’s funded. It’s documented.
But that still didn’t give us The Machine.
So we kept pulling threads.
Chapter 4: A Different Vocabulary Appears
As we dug deeper into contractor ecosystems, a different cluster of language kept surfacing:
“Decision Advantage”
“Information Environment”
“Command and Control (C2)”
“Operational coordination across domains”
This wasn’t academic research language.
This was deployable platform language.
And one company name kept appearing:
Research Innovations Incorporated (RII)
Chapter 5: The Shift to the UK
We found RII’s platform, PRIISM, listed on the UK Government’s Digital Marketplace (G-Cloud 14).
Government marketplace listings are different from marketing brochures.
They include service definitions.
Scope.
Compliance.
Formal descriptions.
So we pulled the PRIISM service definition document.
And that’s when the hunt changed.
Chapter 6: The Moment Everything Shifted
Inside the PRIISM G-Cloud 14 service definition (dated May 7, 2024), we found language that stopped us cold.
It explicitly states:
Users, system, and hosting environment are “not attributed” when querying publicly available information.
PRIISM provides a “No Attribution” service.
“Full obfuscation” is achieved through a series of proxy services maintained by a third party.
A High-Level Design document exists describing the firewall and gateway network used to achieve this.
Let’s slow that down.
This isn’t rumor.
This isn’t interpretation.
This is written into a government-listed service definition.
Technical Sidebar
PRIISM G-Cloud 14 Service Definition (May 7, 2024):
Describes “No Attribution” capability for querying publicly available information.
States “full obfuscation through a series of proxy services maintained by a third party.”
Notes a High-Level Design (HLD) document describing firewall/gateway architecture is available “on request.”
(UK Digital Marketplace PRIISM Service Definition PDF)
Chapter 7: The Obvious Question
If there’s a third-party proxy layer…
Who runs it?
That became the entire focus.
We looked for:
Subcontractor disclosures
Procurement attachments
Call-off order forms
Supplier references
And we hit a wall.
Not because we didn’t search.
But because the documentation stops at exactly the point where attribution stops.
The capability is acknowledged.
The architecture is acknowledged.
The subcontracting is acknowledged.
The operator is not named in publicly accessible material.
Visual: Breaking Down the Stack
At this point in the hunt, we realized we weren’t chasing a single program.
We were looking at layers.
Here’s what that stack looks like when you line it up:
That isn’t proof of wrongdoing.
It is proof of structured abstraction.
Chapter 8: An Unexpected Continuity
The PRIISM document states it was formerly known as Collaborative Mission Manager (CMM).
That gave us another thread.
We found UK procurement notices involving CMM and UK Strategic Command, including references to interoperability with U.S. Department of Defense environments.
This told us:
The platform line isn’t theoretical.
It has real defense procurement context.
Still.
No proxy vendor named.
Chapter 9: What We Can Say — And What We Can’t
Let’s be clear.
What we can say:
DARPA funded influence detection and population modeling programs.
A UK government marketplace listing describes a platform offering “No Attribution.”
That capability is achieved via third-party proxy services.
A firewall/gateway network design document exists but is not publicly posted.
The public procurement trail does not name the third-party obfuscation operator.
What we cannot say:
That DARPA built “The Machine.”
That PRIISM is “The Machine.”
That these capabilities are being used against civilians.
That the unnamed third party is any specific company.
We don’t guess.
We don’t leap.
We don’t smear.
The Real Bombshell
It isn’t a secret name.
It’s this:
A government-listed platform openly advertises:
No Attribution
Third-party proxy obfuscation
Firewall/gateway architecture
A gated network design document
And public visibility ends exactly at the layer designed to prevent attribution.
Accountability stops where attribution stops.
That’s the architecture-level insight.
Where This Leaves Us
We began with a hunch about “The Machine.”
We didn’t find a smoking gun.
We found something more precise:
A documented stack of capabilities that includes:
Influence detection research (DARPA INCAS)
Population modeling frameworks
Operational decision platforms
And an explicitly described third-party obfuscation layer marketed as “No Attribution.”
That’s not conspiracy.
That’s paperwork.
If we go further, it won’t be by “searching harder.”
It will be by requesting:
Call-off contracts under RM1557.14
The name of the third-party proxy provider
The metadata/title of the High-Level Design document
Until then, this is where the public trail ends.
And now you know exactly how we got here.
Here’s my take a sip of beer and break it down personal note:
Everything we’ve explained over the last year, exists. This hunt proved every technical aspect is real. There is INTENTIONAL obfuscation around it that would require a FOIA request to go any deeper…and that in and of itself is terrifying. Because we could never trust what they showed us. After all, it’s them who has the vendor that provides the shadow.
Ready to listen yet? Because their control grab will never stop.
The endgame is destroying the middle class and feeding you what you believe on a level you cannot possibly comprehend. The pictures and video clips you see will be created to enrage you for engagement (because they perform the highest and equate to the most $). After you view the clip thousands of accounts then tell you how to interpret what you just saw. They’re showing you what they want you to see and then telling you what to believe about it…and YOU HAVE NO IDEA THIS IS HAPPENING.
It is a non-stop loop-chasing “flooding of the zone.” Not even we can grasp how vast this is and we’ve been at this a decade. The Machine is controlling you, reality, and the flow of our data. And now it’s being run by AI on behalf of technocratic oligarchs looking to steal from and control us.
Mind you, at no point in time has anyone ever disproven any study we’ve conducted.
And we’re praying they do.

Thanks for this! I believe that I've been seeing such post on Substak reporting that Trump's financial empire is collapsing and he wife and daughter have betrayed him by testifying under oath about his fraudulent business dealings. Anybody else?
